At the beginning of June we began picking Elderflower to make our delicious homemade Elderflower & Ginger Cocktail, which is produced using our top secret recipe!
We pride ourselves on sourcing local ingredients and it doesn’t get more local than Elderflower picked within a 10 mile radius of our kitchen. Once picked, the infusion takes around 5 days, before the liquid is strained and bottled, ready to serve to our guests.
Whether we are catering for a wedding, cocktail party or family celebration, it is always a popular alternative to Champagne on arrival and makes a great mixer for Gin later in the evening!
