Our Executive Chef Tony Boyle is passionate about food, and catering to our client’s taste buds! His drive to innovate and experiment with food continues to produce exciting menus for outstanding events, whether you are catering for a wedding, corporate event, dinner party, birthday/anniversary celebration or cocktail party. He puts as much thought and care into the catering for every event, from a simple but tasty buffet for a handful of guests to an elaborate wedding breakfast.

Proud to be located in Kent – the Garden of England – his kitchen follows a strict sustainability policy, supporting local Kent farmers wherever possible, serving fresh and tasty produce for every wedding and event we cater for.
