Wherever possible we make sure all dietary requirements are catered for, without compromising on our very high standards.

In particular, we have researched and spent time developing gluten free recipes and use methods to ensure these products are uncontaminated and equally as appetising as any gluten based product.  Two members of our team are coeliac and as you can imagine, they are our main critics!
