Fillet of Beef vs Lasagne, surely there’s no competition!?
Well, you’d think not, the staff at Cuisine Studio are extremely well looked after and even better fed.
However, we had uproar last week when it was announced in our team talk that the main course for the event would be delicious Succulent Platters of Ambient 28 Day Matured English Fillet of Beef with Fresh watercress, Béarnaise sauce & Grated Horseradish, sounds pretty mouth-watering to me and our guests!
Apparently not, the team exclaimed ‘Fillet of Beef… again! , Can’t we just have lasagne or something for a change!’
In the words of John Lydgate: You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the team at Cuisine Studio all of the time.
Knowing Tony, as we do, lasagne was served for supper the following week!
